ABOUT THE ARTIST
Elizabeth’s journey into this business began in 2005 before the birth of her second daughter when she knew that something in her life was going to have to change if she was going to be the mom she wanted to be.
“It started when the little voice inside me got so loud I couldn’t hear anything else. I was in the midst of another life, on another path, walking on a stretch of road that was directed by a lot of education, international travel, volunteer work, and job titles, when life began calling me in another direction.”
So in 2007, Elizabeth dove into the possibility of taking the road less traveled and she quit her job. She began by merging her long-time love of jewelry making with her skills as an intuitive counselor and her knowledge of semi-precious gemstones. While acting on her intentions, everything soon fell into place; Synergy Jewelry was born and Mama Rocks joined shortly therafter.
As a woman of purpose, Elizabeth strives to live each moment with intentionality by trusting in divine order, and using her gifts to make this world a more equitable and loving place. “I believe that we teach what we most need to learn. That’s why I’ve been called to this work. I am blessed to be a living testament that the law of attraction works!”
While she has led an exciting and varied life of work and travel, Elizabeth most enjoys spending time with her family. In addition to making jewelry, Elizabeth teaches classes at Santa Barbara City Colleges’ Adult Education program, blogs, designs web sites, practices Yoga, and provides spiritual coaching. She is married to a man she met while working as a Peace Corps Volunteer. They have two daughters, Zenzelè and Jahzara.
